I'm seeking opportunities where I can bring my full skill set - as a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer, performer, creative collaborator, and technical leader. If you're building something, I'd love to hear about it.
I've been a performer my entire life. From the moment I put on ballet shoes at age 3, the stage became home. I trained in ballet, tap, and jazz for fifteen years, building the foundation of discipline, artistry, and presence that shapes everything I do today.
From teaching myself piano and writing songs for fun at age 10 to finding my passion for band and marching arts in middle and high school, I managed to march every position on the field - flute, snare, and colorguard. Passion, tenacity, and courage fueled my continuous curiosity and unsatiable desire to grow in my performance skills and musicianship.
I soon began my independent music career as a co-founder and frontwoman of BLSHS, a synth-pop trio from Houston. After that chapter closed, I launched MIEARS, a fully self-produced solo project where I handled every aspect: songwriting, production, mixing, and live performance design. With a stage vision entirely my own, I've spent over a decade crafting experiences that move people.
When COVID paused the world in 2020, I used the moment to pivot intentionally. I earned an MBA in AI & Data Science at Texas Tech University and built a career in enterprise technology - rising from Solutions Engineer to strategy, operations, and technical leadership positions across Splunk, HashiCorp, and now IBM.
Today I'm channeling all of it - the production, the performance, the stage design, and the enterprise leadership - into opportunities where both worlds converge. Whether as a creative staff member, stage manager, production lead, strategic partner, or performer, I bring a combination of artistic depth and operational excellence to everything I do.
